Customized Digital Ad Book Creation

In many ways, creating a digital ad book is the same as creating a printed one. The biggest differences? Digital comes with a much smaller price tag, unlimited space to work with, unlimited colors and designs to fit your specific needs. Changes that used to take a few days of back and forth communication can now be executed with the click of a button.

HOW IT WORKS:

To get started, you will be assigned one of our in-house graphic designers who will help you create the template design, and choose your fonts and backgrounds. Your graphic designer can do the typesetting on your behalf or can train one of your team members to do so at no extra charge. During this set-up stage, we provide unlimited tech support.

With your template chosen, we then get to work creating the digital ad book. The deadline for submitting entries and ads is significantly closer to your event date, than the deadline for a print journal. This allows us to maximize your opportunity to include more ads, and create the perfect ad book experience for your guests.

For virtual events, we will either supply you with your digital journal or with a link that can be embedded on your website. For traditional, physical events or galas, we upload the ad books onto tablets and place 2-3 on each table for your guests. We offer printed books for your event as well. 

Currently, we have branches in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Florida, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Illinois. For events in our service area, we deliver the tablets in person and handle set-up/clean-up. Outside this area, we mail you the pre-loaded tablets.
